Golden Valley M5 Bridge
- Year: 2001
- Location: Golden Valley, England
The existing Golden Valley Interchange carries the A40 across the M5 motorway span. Prior to strengthening by Cleveland Bridge in 2001, it had been subject to stringent weight restrictions. For strengthening, the provision and erection of steel box columns, crossheads and lateral tie beams were used. All site activities were undertaken in a strictly sequential and controlled manner, with a high level of interface with the main contractor.
