Our in-house draughting teams build complete TEKLA 3D models of every steel bridge and structure that we work on. These models are used to create general arrangement, fabrication, component drawings and Strumis CNC files for material handling and automatic cutting / drilling.
TEKLA models are also used to determine the centre of gravity for complicated bridge lifts, information which feeds into the erection methodology and lifting plans. Our models and the insight they produce are compatible with all current BIM systems, allowing efficient exchange of model files between key stakeholders and other parties.
We also use AutoCAD 2D for generation of installation sequence story boards, rigging, lifting and detail drawings.
