Integration and Collaborative Working

Solving problems through closer collaboration is a key strength of Cleveland Bridge. We believe in a “one team ethos“, where collaborative working and partnering results in better customer satisfaction, reduced costs and improved margins for all parties.

Collaboration is at the heart of every Cleveland Bridge project, from early engagement with architects and designers, through contributions to planning and logistics and coordination with main contractors and sub-contractors, our willingness to share expertise is the key to successful, safe and efficient project delivery. By working together with our customers to deliver projects we save time and resources, improve safety, reduce risks, minimise waste and optimise value. It’s also the reason we have been able to forge so many long-lasting relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers worldwide.

International collaboration

Building bridges in remote locations is a collaborative process, Cleveland Bridge work with local people, authorities and contractors to ensure the bridges we supply fulfil the requirements of local communities.

Local supply chain

97% of our logistics spend is from suppliers within 1 hour radius from our factory, this enables effective ESI. We use local suppliers who we have worked with for many years and know our business and the challenges we face. These relationships are paramount to allow us to react to ever changing demand.
