Purpose-Built Fabrication Facility

Our specialist planning, design, engineering and construction knowledge ensures that every project is completed to the highest standard.

Established in 2008, this purpose built fabrication facility has a capacity of 50,000 tonnes per annum. Located in the industrial city of Al Jubail, it is well connected to major road networks.  Making this a perfect location for petrochemicals, oil and gas infrastructure steel fabrication as well as a proven track record within road and rail superstructures (plate girder bridges, flyovers, over-passes) and complex bridges (arched, cable-stayed, moving).

Construction engineering

With our experience and vast knowledge of construction engineering, we think ‘outside the box’ and offer bespoke responses to a diverse array of challenges. This can then be delivered through our in-house expertise in design and manufacture, or our knowledge and capacity in heavy lifting, launching, strand jacking and specialist movement of large fabricated components.

Delivery and installation

With extensive capabilities crucial to the erection of large-scale steelwork construction, we have a distinct competitive advantage. This includes expertise that covers on-site erection, launching and float-in erection techniques. Our engineering teams are able to recommend the most appropriate launch and installation approach, based on the nature and size of the project and any site-specific conditions.
