This means we expect the highest standards of professional conduct from our employees in their dealings with fellow co-workers and external parties, including customers, suppliers or other stakeholders.
Our Anti-Bribery Policy and Code of Conduct sets out the required rules of behaviour for our staff, and applies to every employee, director or officer of Cleveland Bridge. We carry out regular Anti-Bribery training to ensure that all staff are aware of their obligations under the Policy and applicable law.
Every staff member who suspects that an act of bribery may have taken place is required to report it using the whistle-blowing procedure set out in the Anti-Bribery Procedure.
