Cleveland Bridge announced award of Lancaster Road Railbridge, Hartlepool 

 


CONTRACT AWARD ANNOUNCEMENT

Darlington UK based Cleveland Bridge, has been awarded the contract for replacement of the superstructure Lancaster Road Railbridge in Hartlepool.

 

Cleveland are responsible for the fabrication, trial erection at their works and permanent erection on site during a railway possession period.  Starting immediately, the project is programmed for completion in August 2006.
 

Ongoing projects include the new South Stand and Hotel at Twickenham, two road over rail bridges on the A40 Western Avenue in London, replacement of the bearings on the Tay Bridge, across the Firth of Tay, three bridges forming part of the Abergavenny Bypass in Monmouthshire and a number of fabrication contracts for the Offshore industry.
