Cleveland Bridge and Engineering Middle East (Private) Limited is the lower Gulf's major fabricator operating out of the Jebel Ali Free Zone in Dubai.

Cleveland Bridge’s Head Office and fabrication facilities are strategically located in the Port of Jebel Ali. The facility retains dedicated quay side access offering a water depth of 11.5m. This allows shipment by sea in addition to conventional road transportation to both Gulf and global destinations.
The Company employs approximately 1000 personnel covering all disciplines and can fabricate in excess of 40,000 tonnes per year.

Fabrication Workshop
The Organizations manufacturing facility comprises three main workshops together with extensive surface protection and treatment areas. The operation is supported by dedicated ancillary and infrastructure facilities which include Computer Aided Design (C.A.D.) systems in both the Design and Drawing Offices.
The facility incorporates an area of approximately 123,000m2 of which 12,000m2 is covered.

The three covered fabrication workshops have been designed and equipped to provide the Company with the flexibility to produce a complete range of products from fittings through to complex plate structures.
- The Main Workshop consists of four bays, each served by overhead cranes and is fully equipped with two numerically controlled saw and drill lines.
- The Heavy Fabrication Workshop is primarily designed for heavy plated fabrication work. The workshop is comprehensively equipped with 50 tonne and 15 tonne overhead craneage, heavy plate press and rolls, fully automatic welding equipment together with extensive set up and jig facilities.
- The main fabrication facilities are complimented by a Light Fabrication Workshop which manufactures ladders, handrails, platforms and other secondary and light structures.
Welders are qualified to ASME IX, AWS D1.1 and BS EN 287. The Company has extensive experiences in shielded metal arc (SMAW), flux cored (FCAW), submerged arc (SAW) and gas metal arc welding (GMAW) technologies.

- Cleveland Bridge holds ASME 'U', 'U2', 'PP' and 'S' Code Symbol stamps from American Society of Mechanical Engineers and 'R' Code Symbol stamps from the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors, thereby authorizing the Company to manufacture and repair pressure vessels and piping to ASME VIII Div.1 and 2
